Welcome to   InzoDev. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services Provided  

 

InzoDev provides remote software development services by connecting clients with pre-vetted developers specializing in technologies such as Laravel, React Native, Python, and more. We offer outsourcing solutions tailored to the needs of businesses across Europe and beyond.

 

  1. Client Responsibilities  

 

By engaging with InzoDev, you agree to:

 

* Provide accurate project requirements and contact information

* Communicate clearly and promptly regarding project milestones

* Respect the terms of payment, scope, and duration as agreed in any contract

 

  1. Developer Engagement  

 

* Developers remain full-time resources under InzoDev’s management unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

* We provide replacement or reassignment in case of performance issues, subject to the terms of our client agreement.

* Clients must not directly solicit or hire our developers outside of the InzoDev framework without written consent.

 

  1. Payments & Invoicing  

 

* All pricing and payment terms will be outlined in a formal agreement or proposal.

* Invoices are payable within the timeframe mentioned in the agreement (typically 15–30 days).

* Delayed payments may result in suspension of services.

 

  1. Intellectual Property  

 

* All intellectual property (IP) created during the project engagement belongs to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in writing.

* InzoDev and its developers will not claim ownership of any IP created for the client.

 

  1. Confidentiality  

 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. Confidential information must not be shared with third parties without written consent.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability  

 

InzoDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services during the previous three months.

 

  1. Termination  

 

* Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice, as defined in the specific service agreement.

* Upon termination, any outstanding work or payment due will be settled based on completed milestones or hourly billing.

 

  1. GDPR & Data Protection  

 

If you are based in the European Union or engage with EU users, InzoDev adheres to the  General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)  standards for handling and processing personal data.

  1. Governing Law
