Color Talk: Paint & Learn (“the App”) is developed for children and families to enjoy fun and safe painting activities. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

The app does not require login, email, phone number, or any account.

The app does not access contacts, camera, microphone, or location.

How We Use Information

The App may store your child’s painted pictures locally on the device only.

Optional anonymous usage statistics may be collected (crash reports, app usage) to improve the app. These reports do not include personal information.

Third-Party Services

Currently, the App does not display ads and does not use third-party SDKs for personalized data.

If in the future we add services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, AdMob Families), they will follow Google Play Families policies.

Children’s Privacy

This App is designed for children and complies with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and Google Play Families Policy.

No personal information is ever requested or collected.
